Half the Wait is Over

The waiting is over. My Dad has no more oxygen lines, no more catheter, no more struggling for each breath and no more 50 thousand pills to take each day. He went to be with his Saviour this morning at 3:00am. I am so sad, but glad that he is not suffering any more.

And since your dad is with God, and God is with us, neither God nor your dad is ever far away. What a comfort to know that time constraints are not in Heaven, unlike here, and for your dad, he will be with you all soon, and very soon. Meanwhile, we can rejoice, rejoice, rejoice in the coming of your child. I am waiting for my new granddaughter, Lauren, whose momma has a LID of Jan. l9, 2006. When Lauren is the next child waiting to be placed, her momma's file will be next in the pile..they are truly chosen by God, and placed according to His plan A. (God does not have a Plan B.)
